Faith Culas is a PhD researcher at the Human Aspects of Software Engineering Lab (HASEL) at the University of Auckland. She is software engineering researcher in her early career of research. She brings expertise from the industry into research to improve software engineering. She enjoys programming, building and designing software systems. Her research focuses on enhancing software engineering tools and practices, with an emphasis on cognitive diversity and inclusivity.
